Guarantee Limit

Use of the service is at your own risk, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, so the company does not provide any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of users.
